We are still facing this issue with iPadOS14.2. Any suggestion to update app?

Facing same issue. Tried every possible settings but no luck. Issue is with Single App mode from MDM, Anonymous Single App (through app itself) & Guided Access as well.

Is this issue is resolved?

On iPadOS 15.1 or later, we have to relaunch app after pushing app from MDM.
